Mānuka honey overnight oats


1/2 cup rolled oats 

1 cup milk of your choice (almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk) 

1 tablespoon chia seeds 

1 tablespoon Haddrell's Mānuka Honey 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

A pinch of salt 

Fresh fruit (sliced bananas, berries, diced apples) for topping 

Nuts or seeds (sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds) for topping


In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, mānuka honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. 

Pour in the milk of your choice over the oat mixture. Stir all ingredients together until combined. 

Close the container with a lid and refrigerate it overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours. The oats and chia seeds will absorb the liquid and become soft and creamy. 

In the morning, give the overnight oats a good stir to ensure all the ingredients are well mixed. 

Top your overnight oats with fresh fruit and nuts or seeds for added texture and flavour. 

If desired, drizzle a little more Haddrell's Mānuka Honey on top for extra sweetness and benefits.
